Common Questions
Can we pay in instalments for the Full Delivery programme?
Yes — the standard structure is a £5,000 deposit on signing, £10,000 thirty days before training, and £10,000 on Day 1. Alternative schedules can be arranged for enterprise agreements.
What if we need to reschedule?
Dates can be rescheduled with 21 days' notice at no charge. Changes within 21 days are subject to a rescheduling fee depending on trainer availability and travel already arranged.
Is the programme adapted to our studio and player base?
Full Delivery and Enterprise tiers include custom content adaptation. We review your player demographics, studio format, and existing standards before arrival.
How many dealers can be trained in the on-site programme?
Standard on-site delivery accommodates up to 15 dealers per cohort. Larger teams can be trained across two cohorts, or via the Train-the-Trainer option available in the Enterprise tier.
Do dealers receive a formal certificate?
All dealers who pass the Module 8 assessment receive a VIP Dealer Certification issued under the Grand Floor brand — available in both digital and print formats.
Is travel included for international studios?
Travel and accommodation within Europe is included in the Full Delivery price. International studios outside Europe are quoted a travel supplement — typically £800–1,500 depending on destination.
